- How many Chips are missing.
- If the missing Chips are a purchase that was not delivered, from a Bonus or win, or if your total was just unexpectedly lower.
- How much time passed between noticing the Chips missing, and sending the message. (So we can identify the time in our records.)
- What was happening in the game when you notice the Chips were missing.
