Google Play experienced errors with regards to purchasing across all apps (including ours) during the afternoon of 3/11. This lead to purchases being cancelled, sometimes even after a charge happens.
If you are charged and the purchase is cancelled by Google, it is their responsibility to refund the money. This generally happens within a few business days, but if you don't hear anything within that time frame we recommend reaching out to them for more information. We cannot refund a cancelled purchase.
Purchases made later than Friday at 8pm pst should function normally.
