To report any issue you encounter in the game, please follow the steps below.

1) Tap on the ☰ icon on the top left-hand side.


2) From here select "Help",


3) Then select "Get Help" 


The Message Icons highlighted below will take you to a chat function where you can send a message to the Support Team.

If you have a screenshot of the issue, you can share it with us as well. After sending the initial message, a paperclip or camera icon will appear. Tap on that and you will be able to attach an image to the message.
