To locate your Support ID within the game:
1) Open the game to the Main Lobby
2) Tap on the Menu button (it looks like 3 horizontal lines) 
3) Select "Help" 
Your Support ID will be located towards the bottom of the new window and look something like: 12345-67890-12345
