To report any issue you encounter in the game, open the FAQs through the "?" button in the Main Lobby or by selecting the pause button when in a level and then selecting "FAQ." Once in the FAQs, tap the message icon (Android) or "Contact Us" (iOS) in the upper right corner. This will take you to a chat function where you can send a message to the Support Team.
If you have a screenshot of the issue, you can share it with us as well. After sending the initial message, a paperclip or camera icon will appear. Tap on that and you will be able to attach an image to the message.
