Android users:
  1. Which purchase you're missing
  2. The email address for your Google Play Account 
Apple or Facebook users:
  1. Your receipt from the App Store or Facebook
  2. You can also forward your receipt to [email protected]. Please include the Support ID of your game if you do this.
