While the Golden Ticket is active, a new Coin pack will be available for collection every 24 hours from the previous collection. 

To receive it, open up the store or your Club and tap on the Golden Ticket where it says "Active."

From there, you can collect your Coins or see how much longer until the next pack is ready.
