Our game has a "Save & Restore" feature that allows you to transfer your account to a new device. This is done by linking an email address to the old account and receiving a unique code that can be used to restore your progress on the new device. Please keep the following in mind when using this feature:
- This feature does not allow you to sync your accounts between two devices. Once an old account has been transferred it is no longer eligible to be transferred again.
- You cannot use the same Club profile on two devices at the same time. If you check your old device after making a transfer, it will look like you’ve been removed from your club, but that is because the profile and Apples were moved to the new one.
- Cross-platform transfers (i.e. Android to iOS) are not supported. If you need help with a cross-platform transfer, contact our Support Team
On the old device:
- From the main lobby, tap on the menu button in the top, right-hand corner
- Select “Save & Restore”
- Tap on the “Email Login” button and enter your email address. This will send a confirmation code to your email so be sure that you are typing it in correctly
- Check your email for the confirmation code. If you’re having trouble receiving it, we recommend checking your email’s spam folder. If you’re still not seeing it, tap on the “Resend Code” button to receive a new code
- Enter the confirmation code and select “Continue”
- You will receive a message thanking you for signing in with your email account.
On the new device:
- From the main lobby, tap on the menu button in the top, right-hand corner
- Select “Save & Restore”
- Tap on the “Email Login” button and enter your email address. This will send a confirmation code to your email so be sure that you are typing it in correctly
- Check your email for the confirmation code. If you’re having trouble receiving it, we recommend checking your email’s spam folder. If you’re still not seeing it, tap on the “Resend Code” button to receive a new code
- Enter the confirmation code and select “Continue"
- You will be shown a “checking progress” window that shows the existing account progress associated with your email account. By tapping “YES” your progress will be restored or by tapping “NO” you will keep your current progress and no changes will be made.
