If you are having trouble receiving a purchase you made, please try restarting your device and waiting 10 minutes. Sometimes it takes a bit for the items to arrive. If the items are still missing after waiting, please send the Support Team a message including the following information:
- Which purchase you're missing
- The email address for your Google Play Account
- Your receipt from the App Store
- You can also forward your receipt to email@example.com. Please include the Support ID of your game if you do this.
