Your account is stored directly to your device. If you download the game onto a different device or upgrade to a new device, it will have a new account that is started over at level 1.
If you will no longer be using the device where your account is, our Support Team can assist with transferring your account over to your new device. To ensure this goes as quickly as possible, please message us on your new device with the Support ID from your old account.
You can find your Support ID in the menu, and it should look something like this: 12345-67890-98765. If you no longer have access to your old device, we can assist in looking up your old account, any information like saved email addresses, past purchases, or levels can assist in the investigation.
(We recommend saving your ID even if you are not planning an upgrade. This will ensure you won't lose it in case of a problem with your account or device.)
