They are also working hard to support a large player base. The Support Team reserves the right to close a ticket with or without reply for any reason, including:
  • They have already issued a decision on your issue, in this ticket or a previous one
  • The ticket is addressed via an FAQ
  • The issue has resolved itself independently
For best assistance, please contact the Support Team as soon as possible. They cannot guarantee assistance for issues that are older than 30 days or on an older version of the game.

The Support Team does not have the ability to call players or operate over text messages. Any message from them will be sent by email or in the game.
