Your progress in the game is stored to your device and doesn't automatically sync up if you download the game on another phone or tablet. However, we have ways to make sure you're able to carry on with your progress on your new device.

When playing on a device, we recommend making sure to save your Support ID. It can be found in the game menu and will look something like this: 12345-67890-12345. Take a screenshot, write it down, or use whatever other methods you desire to keep it safe in case you can't access the game.

When you get your new device, send the Support Team a message from the new device with the Support ID from the old one. They can then assist with transferring your progress.

We recommend saving your ID even if you aren't planning an upgrade, just in case there's any sort of error with your account or device.
