Our Club chat feature is designed to be used sparingly for short, direct messages only. When players use it as a "chat room" it can overload our system and cause it to blank or freeze. When this happens, it can then take up to a few hours for the Club chat to recalibrate and stabilize.

If you suspect that your Club chat is not working, we recommend sending one short test message to see if your teammates are able to see it. Keep in mind that continuing to send multiple test messages back to back will only amplify the issue. If your teammates see your message, this means that the Club chat is working and that it is trying to stabilize. If no one responds after about an hour, we recommend rebooting your device to refresh your connection to our servers.
