Some Club Leaders may decide to set a minimum lifetime Star requirement that must be met before someone can join or apply to their Club.

This isn't a cost you must pay to join the Club, just a milestone that must be reached to prove you're experienced with the game. Your lifetime Stars will not decrease if you apply to or join the Club.
