Many of Super Free’s games include social features where players can cooperate and compete with other players and it is important to us to provide an environment that is fun, fair, and safe for all of our players. To maintain such an environment, we have strict policies on certain player behavior:
Types of behavior that are against our Terms of Service:
Cheating:
- Using any program or third-party application to alter game data
- Exploiting bugs, altering information within your device, or engaging in any activity that grants an unfair advantage as a way to collect more Coins or other in-game currency
- Instructing others on how to exploit the game, even if you are not doing so yourself
- Creating any Account by automated means or false pretenses
- Duplicating an account with the intent to play on both accounts or using another user’s account for any purpose
Harassment:
- Posting User Content that is unlawful, harassing, vulgar, sexual, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate
- Impersonating a Super Free employee or other players or entities
- Revealing any personal information about another individual, including any information that may be used to track, contact or impersonate that individual, also known as doxxing
- Creating undue disturbances among other users, such as picking fights or insulting others
Other:
- Any User Content that promotes illegal activity, such as drug use or criminal behavior
- Posting unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, such as “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” or “pyramid schemes,”
- Selling or transferring your Account or access to your Account in exchange for legal tender or other goods or services
- Sharing personal information in an effort to bypass these restrictions
These rules of use are not meant to be exhaustive, and Super Free reserves the right to determine what conduct it considers to be in violation of the rules or otherwise outside the spirit of the Services. We will not debate decisions made in regards to accounts that are removed for violating our Terms of Service and we cannot provide support for these game accounts.
If you're unsure if your actions violate any of the above, it is better to err on the side of caution. We reserve the right to restrict social gameplay and remove offending accounts to maintain the integrity of Super Free games.
