We care about player privacy, and that extends to our dealings with other players. The Support Team does not share information about other players. This includes:
- Why they are no longer in your Club
- If they are active/date of last activity
- How much they have purchased
- Status of issues with Support
- Information about player investigations
If another player is experiencing an issue, or believe they have been removed from their Club in error, they will need to contact Support directly. The Support team cannot provide secondhand assistance.
