In some cases, Super Free may issue a Player Warning to caution a player that their behavior is breaching our Terms of Service and may result in removal from social features if continued. These Player Warnings will be sent via an email associated with the player account; however, if no email is attached, Super Free may, but is not required to, attempt to reach the player through another avenue, such as in-game messaging.
Player Warnings are not disciplinary and are meant as a reminder to keep your game safe, fun, and fair for all players. Furthermore, Player Warnings are a courtesy and we are not required to provide one prior to removal from social features.
If you receive a Player Warning, you are encouraged to reach out to our Support Team for more information; though we will not debate whether or not your behavior merited the Warning. If you choose to argue the Player Warning, this may result in removal from Social Features.
If you're unsure if your actions violate our Terms of Service, it is better to err on the side of caution. We reserve the right to restrict social gameplay and remove offending accounts to maintain the integrity of Super Free games.
