Your player profile is connected to your device, rather than to your Facebook account. Therefore, if you connect to the wrong profile by accident you can switch over to the correct one without any progress being affected.
When connecting to Facebook, the game uses the Facebook account you are already logged in to. There is no option to switch Facebook accounts while or after connecting.
If you've connected to the wrong Facebook account:
- Ensure you are logged in on the Facebook app to the correct account
- Reinstall the game once
- Reconnect using the in-app option
