Apple offers the option to restore transactions when playing on a different device. Due to the way our game saves information, this feature conflicts with normal save data and can result in incomplete information and transfers failing to complete.

Transferring using the in-game "Restore Progress" feature moves over your purchase history, Coins, and VIP levels to the new device. When you wish to transfer your progress, please only use the in-game feature, and let us know if you run into any issues there.
