If you have an open ticket with Support, reinstalling the game on an Android device will render you unable to see further replies sent by Support. Only reinstall the game if requested by a member of Support (you will receive a case number for easy continuation in your new ticket), and when doing so only reinstall once.

When you send in a ticket, it will join a line and be assigned to an agent as soon as one is available. If you reinstall before it is assigned, you will lose that spot in line and potentially delay finding a resolution with the support team.
