If you are missing resources like Credits, Coins, or Power-Ups due to a game error, our Support Team would be happy to set things right. To best assist in their investigation, please message them with the following information:
  1. How many of each resource is missing.
  2. If the missing resources are a purchase that was not delivered, from a Bonus or win, or if your total was just unexpectedly lower.
  3. How much time passed between noticing the resources missing, and sending the message. (So we can identify the time in our records.)
  4. What was happening in the game when you notice the resources were missing.
