In order for our games to be playable offline, we have designed them so that most of your data is stored on the device. Our servers recognize your account using your device's unique ID. If the device ID changes for any reason and the game is reinstalled, our servers will believe it is a new account. Some reasons the device ID may change:
  • You got a new device and performed a wired data transfer from your old device.
  • You recently updated the operating system
  • You performed a factory reset on your device
  • You moved the app from one phone to another using a SIM card
We strongly recommend using the "Save/Transfer Progress" feature before making any changes to your device, just to be safe. In the meantime, our Support Team is always happy to help restore your lost account.
