- Fully close your game and any other apps running in the background
- Open the Settings of your phone.
- Tap the Storage heading to open its settings page.
- Tap the Other Apps heading to see a list of your installed apps.
- Scroll to and tap on Google Play Store icon
- Tap Force Close first (if available)
- Then, tap Clear Data button.
- Reboot your device.
