The cost to buy different vowels will differ depending on how many of that specific vowel there are in the level. For example, if there are more E's spaces in a level than O's, the price to buy the E will be larger than O.
This is a once-per-level opportunity so if you decline the offer, you will not be able to opt in at a later time.
