Progress on our games is stored locally to your device, and if you're upgrading your phone or tablet this holiday season it won't transfer over automatically. However, we have a process to ensure your Coins, VIP, and profile move to your new device.
At any time, use the "Save/Transfer Progress" Option in the game menu to see your Support ID and Link Code. This will allow you to send an email to yourself with your account information. (We strongly recommend doing this even if you aren't planning on switching to a new device, to make sure you have your information on hand if there's an error or accident with your current device).
Then, when you have your new device use the codes in the "Restore Progress" feature on the old device (dashes are required on the Support ID, and the link code is case sensitive). This will move your latest progress from your old device onto the new one.
The Support ID and Link Code work using the last totals saved to our server, so you don't need to wait until you have your new device to save the codes.
